Return & Refunds 

All Rare Aware Products are made to order.

Damage or Defective Items: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. Eligible issues may qualify for a free replacement or refund.  returns are required. The item does not need to be returned.

Wrong Size or Changed Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or changes of mind.

Undelivered orders: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
